Yongxing SZS oil-gas boiler is a quick-installation/assembled water tube boiler with double drums installed vertically in a D-shaped arrangement. It consists of upper and lower drums, membrane water-cooled walls, burners, convection tube bundles, fin tube economizers and condensers and other core components. The furnace is arranged on the right side and the convection tube bundle is arranged on the left side. The flue gas is discharged after full heat exchange in three return passes. The thermal efficiency reaches 93.3%-97%, and the energy saving and consumption reduction effect is significant.
The boiler furnace and convection flue adopt a membrane wall structure, which greatly reduces the use of refractory bricks. The micro-positive pressure combustion design improves heat exchange efficiency, and is matched with a reliable water circulation system to avoid the problem of pipe vaporized water impact from the root cause. The service life of the equipment exceeds 20 years.
The whole machine integrates a fully automatic burner and a complete protection system. It is equipped with explosion-proof doors, flame detectors and multiple protections such as overpressure and flameout. The upper and lower drums are equipped with front and rear manholes, and the rear of the boiler is equipped with an inspection door, making maintenance and cleaning convenient. The boiler insulation layer is made of high heat-resistant materials, the concave and convex protective panels have both sealing and aesthetic properties, and the quick-install factory design greatly shortens the on-site installation cycle.
The D-type longitudinal arrangement with double drums provides a large combustion chamber and optimized heat exchange surface. This structure, combined with a three-pass flue gas design, ensures a high thermal efficiency of 93.3% - 97.0%, significantly lowering fuel consumption for large-scale operations.
Both the furnace and convection bank are constructed with a full membrane wall structure. This high-seal design not only improves heat transfer efficiency by reducing heat loss but also minimizes the use of refractory bricks, making the boiler lighter and more durable.
Engineered with a reliable natural water circulation system, the SZS series effectively prevents tube vaporization and water hammer issues. This robust thermal design ensures stable operation under high loads and extends the equipment’s service life to over 20 years.
The boiler utilizes a micro-positive pressure combustion design, which enhances the intensity of heat transfer and reduces air leakage. This results in a cleaner combustion process and higher volumetric heat release, making it ideal for both natural gas and liquid fuels.
Despite its large capacity, the SZS series features a modular packaged/assembly design. Most components are pre-assembled in our factory, which dramatically shortens the onsite installation cycle and reduces labor costs for international engineering projects.
The boiler is equipped with multiple manholes (front and rear) and inspection doors, ensuring effortless cleaning and internal maintenance. Combined with an explosion-proof door, flame detectors, and multi-layered safety interlocks, it provides a "zero-risk" working environment for your facility.
