The Yongxing DZH series is a horizontal water-tube and fire-tube hybrid boiler designed for users with diverse fuel types, limited installation space, and a high cost-performance ratio. This model features a single-drum longitudinal arrangement, and its biggest technological highlight is its fixed grate manual combustion system, making it a classic choice for small and medium-sized industrial heat energy needs.
Its core advantages lie in its exceptional fuel adaptability and low maintenance costs: The DZH series is undemanding in its fuel selection; large pieces of wood, scraps, palm husks, and various sizes of coal can all be directly fed into the furnace for combustion, eliminating the need for expensive crushing equipment. By eliminating complex transmission mechanisms, the boiler's structure is extremely simple, with a near-zero failure rate, making it ideal for remote areas with limited skilled workers or unstable power supplies.
The boiler's internal structure utilizes wing-shaped flues and threaded smoke tubes to enhance heat transfer, ensuring excellent thermal efficiency and overload capacity. The unit is shipped pre-assembled, occupies a small area, and is extremely convenient for installation and relocation. For wood processing plants, small chemical plants, and garment factories, the Yongxing DZH boiler is a reliable tool for turning waste into resources and significantly reducing fuel costs.
The DZH series features a spacious combustion chamber and a fixed grate, allowing it to burn large log wood, wood slabs, crop stalks, and irregular coal pieces directly. This eliminates the need for expensive wood chippers or fuel crushing equipment, saving significant upfront investment.
By utilizing a manual fixed grate instead of a motorized chain system, the boiler has no moving parts in the high-temperature zone. This "zero mechanical failure" design makes it the most reliable choice for regions with unstable power supply or limited access to technical spare parts.
The DZH integrates threaded fire tubes within the drum and water wall tubes in the furnace. This hybrid structure provides a larger heating surface and higher thermal inertia, allowing the boiler to reach rated pressure quickly and maintain a stable steam supply even with manual stoking.
We use specialized threaded smoke tubes to enhance heat transfer. These tubes create turbulence in the flue gas, increasing the heat transfer coefficient by 1.2 to 1.5 times compared to ordinary smooth tubes, ensuring high thermal efficiency despite the manual operation.
The unique wing-shaped flue design on both sides of the boiler shell ensures that high-temperature flue gas is cooled before reaching the tube plate. This effectively prevents the tube sheet from overheating and cracking, extending the boiler’s operational lifespan to over 15 years.
The DZH is a fully packaged (skid-mounted) boiler. It is pre-assembled, insulated, and tested in our factory before being loaded into a container. Upon arrival, the client only needs to connect the valves, pipes, and chimney, which drastically reduces on-site installation time and labor costs.
