YongXing DZL series coal/biomass fired boiler is a horizontal, three-pass, water-fire tube package boiler with a single drum. It adopts a compact chain grate stoker, enabling stable and efficient combustion for coal, wood, rice husk, bagasse, straw and other biomass fuels.
The boiler features a large combustion chamber and reasonable heating surface layout, ensuring sufficient heat exchange and high thermal efficiency up to 82%–88%. Equipped with advanced dust removal and smoke suppression structure, it meets environmental emission requirements. The whole machine adopts fast-assembly design, with high-quality insulation and compact appearance, greatly reducing installation time and space.
It is fully automatic controlled with automatic feeding, water level regulation, overpressure protection and alarm functions, ensuring safe and reliable operation. Suitable for steam supply, hot water heating and industrial production in food, textile, paper, timber, central heating and other fields. With strong fuel adaptability, low operating cost and stable performance, it is an economical and practical heat source equipment for industrial users.
The DZL combines the benefits of both water tubes (membrane walls) and fire tubes. This hybrid design ensures a large heating surface and high thermal inertia, making the boiler highly resistant to load fluctuations and providing a stable steam supply.
We utilize high-efficiency threaded fire tubes instead of conventional light tubes. This creates turbulence in the flue gas flow, which breaks the boundary layer and increases the heat transfer coefficient by 1.2 - 1.5 times, ensuring faster steam production.
The DZL series features a unique wing-shaped flue on both sides of the drum, which allows the flue gas to enter the tube bundle smoothly. This design effectively prevents the tube plate from cracking due to high temperatures and significantly enhances the heat transfer efficiency of the boiler.
Equipped with a high-strength small-flake chain grate, the boiler supports automated fuel feeding and ash discharge. The independent air chambers underneath allow for precise air distribution, ensuring complete combustion of various fuels like coal, wood chips, and biomass pellets.
Designed as a packaged/skid-mounted unit, the DZL boiler is fully assembled and tested in our factory. It can be easily transported in standard containers and requires minimal on-site installation, which significantly reduces the commissioning time and labor costs.
The boiler features a built-in multi-stage dust removal design (inertial separation in the rear smoke chamber). Combined with external cyclone or bag filters, it ensures that flue gas emissions meet local environmental regulations for biomass and coal combustion.
