The Yongxing YY(Q)W series is an industrial-grade thermal energy equipment designed specifically for high-temperature, low-pressure processes. As the core of a high-efficiency liquid-phase forced circulation heating system, this series is widely used in industries requiring precise temperature control (up to 350°C), such as asphalt heating, wood processing, textile printing and dyeing, and chemical synthesis.

Its core advantage lies in its innovative "drum-less" multi-layer coil structure: The YY(Q)W model breaks away from the limitations of traditional boiler drums, employing densely packed, high-quality seamless steel tubes coiled into a cylindrical furnace, ensuring complete combustion of the flame at the center of the inner coil. This forced circulation coil design not only eliminates the risk of steam explosion but also ensures high-speed flow of the heat transfer oil within the tubes, effectively preventing coking and carbonization caused by localized overheating. Combined with a three-pass flue gas routing system, the thermal efficiency can reach over 95%.

This model is shipped as a complete, quick-assembly unit, occupying a small area. It can be put into use simply by connecting the oil circuit and power supply. With an advanced PLC fully automatic intelligent control system, temperature regulation can be accurate to ±1°C. Advanced Drum-less Coil Structure

The boiler features a sophisticated multi-layer, small-diameter coil design. Since there is no large-capacity drum (shell), the thermal oil is contained within high-strength seamless tubes. Forced Circulation & Anti-Coking Technology

By using a high-performance circulation pump, the thermal oil maintains a constant high velocity (2–3m/s) within the coils. This forced circulation ensures uniform heat distribution and prevents "hot spots," effectively protecting the oil from carbonization (coking) and extending the oil's service life.

The combustion chamber is formed by the inner coils, while the outer coils create a complex path for the flue gas. This three-pass design maximizes the contact time between the hot gas and the heating surface, achieving a thermal efficiency of up to 95% with an integrated economizer.
