The Yongxing YLW series is an industrial-grade heating system designed for high-power applications and low operating costs. Its core advantage lies in the perfect combination of a square coil layout and a chain grate: The YLW model adopts a split structure of an upper boiler body and a lower grate. The boiler body consists of densely packed square coils, forming a large radiant heating surface and convection tube bundle area, ensuring high-speed circulation of heat transfer oil within the tubes. The lower part is equipped with a heavy-duty chain grate, providing a large-capacity furnace space to ensure complete combustion of fuels such as sawdust, rice husks, and biomass pellets, effectively solving the problems of coking and ash accumulation in solid fuels.
This model achieves a thermal efficiency of over 90%, and due to its "high temperature, low pressure" characteristics, it outputs temperatures above 300°C while maintaining extremely low system pressure, making it far safer than similar steam boilers. When used in conjunction with a PLC-based intelligent feeding and air distribution system, it can significantly reduce the intensity of manual labor.
The YLW series is designed to burn a wide variety of solid fuels, including biomass pellets, wood chips, rice husks, palm shells, and coal. This allows industrial users to leverage locally available, low-cost waste materials, significantly reducing fuel expenses compared to gas or oil-fired systems.
Unlike vertical models, the YLW uses a horizontal square coil arrangement. This structure provides a massive radiant heating surface area directly above the grate, ensuring rapid heat absorption and preventing the furnace walls from overheating, which extends the overall lifespan of the boiler.
Equipped with a precision-engineered traveling chain grate, the YLW ensures continuous fuel feeding and automatic ash discharge. The grate's speed and air distribution are fully adjustable, allowing for complete combustion of different biomass types while minimizing manual labor.
Operating as a drum-less, liquid-phase heater, the system relies on high-velocity forced circulation. This ensures the thermal oil never stays static, preventing localized overheating and oil coking. It delivers temperatures up to 320°C at low pressure, making it far safer than high-pressure steam boilers.
The spacious furnace design provides sufficient "residence time" for volatile gases to burn completely. This reduces black smoke and particulate emissions, helping your facility meet environmental standards while maximizing the thermal energy extracted from every kilogram of biomass.
To accommodate its large capacity, the YLW is shipped in two main sections: the upper heating body and the lower combustion grate. This modular "Packaged" approach ensures high quality through factory assembly while making international shipping and on-site connection fast and straightforward.
