The Yongxing YLW series is an industrial-grade heating system designed for high-power applications and low operating costs. As a representative of split-type forced circulation heating systems, this series is widely used in wood-based panel processing, asphalt mixing plants, textile finishing, and large-scale chemical projects, making it an ideal choice for replacing high-cost gas-fired power and achieving biomass energy recycling.

Its core advantage lies in the perfect combination of a square coil layout and a chain grate: The YLW model adopts a split structure of an upper boiler body and a lower grate. The boiler body consists of densely packed square coils, forming a large radiant heating surface and convection tube bundle area, ensuring high-speed circulation of heat transfer oil within the tubes. The lower part is equipped with a heavy-duty chain grate, providing a large-capacity furnace space to ensure complete combustion of fuels such as sawdust, rice husks, and biomass pellets, effectively solving the problems of coking and ash accumulation in solid fuels.

This model achieves a thermal efficiency of over 90%, and due to its "high temperature, low pressure" characteristics, it outputs temperatures above 300°C while maintaining extremely low system pressure, making it far safer than similar steam boilers. When used in conjunction with a PLC-based intelligent feeding and air distribution system, it can significantly reduce the intensity of manual labor.
