Textile is a processing technology of fibers or fiber aggregates. Whether it's dyeing, drying, sizing, or printing and dyeing, they all rely on steam boilers. Yongxing's steam boilers are highly efficient, safe and reliable, produce high-quality steam, and have a high degree of automation, making them well-received in the textile industry. Therefore, when Xinjiang Shunhe Tianyi Textile Co., Ltd. chose to purchase a steam boiler, Yongxing boilers were their first consideration. After visiting the factory for inspection, they purchased a DZH2-1.25-T biomass steam boiler in September 2013. This boiler model is a horizontal three-pass water and fire tube boiler, featuring a new furnace design that promotes fuel combustion, achieving a thermal efficiency of 82.6%.
