Henan Dancheng Tianyu Potato Industry Co., Ltd. is a modern enterprise specializing in the processing of sweet potato starch and its products. In the processing of sweet potato starch, the drying process requires the use of a steam boiler. Due to environmental protection policies, the original coal-fired boiler can no longer be used; therefore, the company has decided to introduce two environmentally friendly SZS-type gas boilers. Based on the actual steam demand, Yongxing Boiler recommended a 10-ton ultra-low nitrogen gas boiler (SZS10-1.25-Q) for them. The boiler is equipped with a condenser at the tail of the flue, utilizing the residual heat from the flue gas to increase the inlet water temperature of the boiler, achieving thermal efficiency of over 98%, significantly reducing the production cost for the customer.
